Data Protection within “Product Cluster”
We, Product Cluster, care about the protection of your privacy on every single interaction you have within our services. In fact, it's one of our core values and what we want to be proud of. Our services operate in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Product Cluster services does not aim or sell, has not sold and will not ever sell its users information to anyone at any time. Data protection and privacy are of paramount importance for us too. We conduct all processing operations and interactions in strict compliance with the GDPR - including but not limited to Art. 6(1)(b) to (f) and Art. 28.

Personal Data
Prior consent, any personal data collected within the Product Cluster services will only be used with your acceptance, for the purposes of
- processing contracts and handling your inquiries (paid features);
- market research as well as demand-oriented design of services and solutions (improval of your experience and the service itself provided).
It will NEVER be:
- distributed or passed on to third parties;
- exported to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Remember... you are in full control of the consent given on any collection of personal data and can either give it or revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
User Rights
In regard of the personal data stored about you, you're empowered to:
- request information free of charge related to it;
- have it always under data portability;
- consent or revoke its access;
- rectify or have it deleted;

Data Handling
Picture two persons having a conversation, both sides send pieces of information. For technical reasons and to be able to communicate with our services, your internet browser automatically transmits and exchanges data to our servers. That is a common standard well defined within the current technology boundaries. This data includes: date and time of access, URL of referring website, retrieved page generated per request, amount of data sent, browser type and version, operating system and your IP address. This so called sensible data is separated from other data and before being handled, it is immediately anonymized. It is not possible for us to assign any of it to a specific person. This data is necessary and only evaluated for statistical purposes and subsequently deleted.
It is in our mission to keep working on updating and motivating others to help improve and cultivate the way all data is collected, protected, processed and handled.

All related cookies do not contain any information that enables identification of a user, Hotjar also adopts the strict regulamentations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hotjar does not sell or distribute any personal data, conducting all processing operations in total compliance with the GDPR - including but not limited to Art. 6(1)(b) to (f) and Art. 28.
It is in the Product Cluster’s services and as well as its legitimate interests’ concerns under the terms of the GDPR to optimize our online offer and our web presence. Being the privacy of all our visitors important to us, the data that may allow a reference to individual characteristics, such as login, device identifiers or IP addresses, are anonymized as soon as possible. No other use, manipulation of sensible data or distribution to third parties will take place. Neither Google nor Hotjar have access to your sensible data.

Any data hereby cited is only acquired by us if you previously gave the consent and may be revoked at any time. We do not use cookies for web analysis by default. Our statistical coverage analysis of this website is a measurement of the success of our online marketing measures and efforts as well as test procedures, e.g. to test and optimize different versions of our online offer or its components.
Your E-Mails to us...
If you send us an email or use a contact form to contact us, the personal data you provide will be automatically stored. These were transmitted voluntarily by you and are stored for the purpose of dealing with or contacting you. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
Sharing your email at the registration is necessary, in order to be able to use our platform. This allows your account to be protected of being withdrawn, at the same time protects you, other users, as well as the entire community of being a target of malicious activities and makes possible for you to be informed about the newest functions and community updates; by accepting this terms hereby you agree with all those conditions. Once again, your email is not shared with others, neither users nor third parties.
Google Analytics
Due to our legitimate interests, this landing page uses the service "Google Analytics" for the optimization and analysis of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f. DSGVO the service "Google Analytics", which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The service (Google Analytics) uses "cookies" - text information that is stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement.
IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user's IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.
